Mixed Media Monoprints

Monoprints, also known as monotypes, are a form of printmaking that result in a single image rather than multiple copies as with other types of printmaking.  These prints were created off a sheet of plexiglass using hand cut stencils and a variety of textured materials including bubble wrap, foam pads, string, nerf balls, etc.  After the printing process is complete, details and colors in the image are emphasized with colored pencils.  Although they are less specific in their symbolic details, these images are all still Biblically inspired.
